"We purchased a mini-split system five years ago from Home Energy Group. Great people to work with and we were very happy with the installation. However, just past the one-year mark we noticed two cover line pieces, that protects the electrical lines to the units on the outside, were cracked. HEG came out and replaced only one (miscommunication) and said that workmanship was only guaranteed for one year and we were past the one year at that point, so normally they would not do this. Since then, keeping the line cover pieces together has been a persistent problem. We also discovered the power supply going into the outdoor condenser unit was not fastened. Recently, we noticed a smell coming from one of our units. We called a serviceman to come out. He removed the inside cover, where he found mice feces and urine. There was a hole left in the wall during installation where the lines come in from the outside. We have three other unit that all should have been sealed on both the inside and outside. We are very disappointed such a small thing to do during installation was left undone. UPDATE...We paid $189 for a diagnostic check, but the problem was not fixed. We would be very appreciative if you would take care of this issue. Thank you for responding."

Brian scheduled the install for first thing Monday morning and the crew showed up right on time. Nick was the lead installer and he was very communicative throughout the process.
