Owner shows up ON TIME to write up an estimate.  Estimate is prepared quickly,  clearly identifies what will be done, and includes a fair price.  Installation crew shows up as scheduled and does excellent work, and is courteous and professional.  This is the way to run a business.

I cannot say enough great things about Home Energy Group.  Had an entire duct collapse and water under the house the day after we moved into our home.  It was a bit of a traumatic experience and the owner came out and cleared the problem and made the repairs promptly.  He talked on the phone with the home warranty company to get authorization and approval. Fantastic customer service, I will recommended to everyone!

Jason, Dusty, Kadin and the whole team were so easy to deal with- responsive by phone and email, and the quality of their work is first-class. We had a full replacement of a gas furnace and ducted AC with a new heat pump system- couldn’t be happier with the job. They even tolerated all my annoying questions and last minute changes with good grace.
